How to change Queue View Settings?

Sometimes you want to have additional columns in the main Queue View or reorganize the order of those columns. Additionally, you might want to create unique Queue Views based on different Team Member’s roles and their skills. All these settings are configurable and available at the Queue View Settings section. In this article we explain all available settings as well as how to access those settings.

Permissions Required:

  • Admin Users with access to Queue Views

There are two main sections for each Queue View Templates:

  1. Basic Settings, where you can define the Queue View Name, and link it to the proper Workflow, Mobile Template and Scheduler Template.
  2. Queue Configuration
    • (A) Login Requirements Settings
    • (B) Queue Features Settings (Main Queue View Features)
    • (C) Agent Actions (Queue Action Buttons and Features)
    • (D) Queue Columns (Basic Column Values and Features as well as Advanced Values Fields that can be pulled from the Workflow, as any company questions (General or Service specified).
    • (E) Drag and Drop Section for the selected values (Order of columns)

As you can see in the settings due to the actual resolution and standardized usage by all our customers, there is an actual limit of maximum 11 Fields that can be selected and used as columns in the Queue View.

Steps of how to access these settings:

  1. Once you have logged into our Qtrac App, click “Manage” at the top right corner:
  2. Now click in the “Settings” and click "Queue Views" from the menu selection on the left of the page:
  3. Hover your mouse cursor over the 3-dots symbol next to the Queue View Template:
  4. Change or Update the Settings that you would prefer mentioned at the beginning of this article (A,B,C,D,E)
  5. Once finished, click on “Update” at the bottom right corner of the page:
