Sorting a Data Field allows you to organize your data alphabetically ascending or descending. You may also select “None” to use the default sorting method.
To get started, create a new report, or click to edit an existing one.
Click on your Group Fields or Table Fields to expand the menu. If you do not have any data fields yet, add a few to use for sorting.
In the example below, we’ll try sorting by our general question, “First Name”, in our report. To do so, click on the table field to expand the menu and you will see a new dropdown menu labeled, “Sorting”.
In the dropdown menu, select “Ascending” and click “Apply”. Now run your report and your sorting will be applied!
