Based on your questions in the chat, it looks like you are trying to export survey answers.
In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps:
From the homepage, navigate to the Insights tab.
Select New to generate a new Insights report.
Select the Location(s), Location Tag(s), Service(s), and Timeframe to set the parameters for the data you would like to export.
Under Available Fields on the values menu on the left, select the Fields with the title Survey Question - 'X'. The name of the survey question will appear after the '-'. For the fields that you want to select, click on the dropdown menu then select 'Apply'. This will move that field to the Selectable Table Fields section. From here you can determine the order that the fields will appear in the report. You can adjust how the data is sorted, use it as a table group, or adjust the column label or format.
You can Run the report to generate the data in this view or you can Save it as a template.
If you decide to save the Insights report, it will be saved as a template in the main Insights page under 'All Insights'. The saved report will have the 3 horizontal dotted option where you can perform the following options: Edit, Delete, Export, and Data Source.
