How to Activate / Enable Qtrac Notifications in our Qtrac Configuration

In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps: 

Permissions Required:

Roles Queue Views
  • Company Admin with workflow access
  • N/A


Step 1: Once you are logged in the Qtrac application, click on Manage at the top right corner

Step 2: Access the Workflow menu and click "Edit"

 

Step 3: Click on "Advanced Rules"

 

Step 4: Click "Add Rule"

 

Step 5: Name your rule and switch the setting from "Route" to "Action"

Step 6: Set up your rule

 

Step 7: Add a "Then" action and select "Alert Agent via Application"

 

Step 8: Next, add a "Role". This will send the notification to all users assigned to the role

 

Step 9: For all users who will need to receive this alert, assign their user to the role above.

Note: You may alert multiple roles by adding additional actions as shown below.
