Tooltips and Descriptions are designed to give your team more ways to guide users through complex questions and improve clarity in both kiosk, mobile, and booking experiences.
How to Add Tooltips and Descriptions
- Open Settings menu and Edit your desired workflow
- Select from your General Questions or Service Questions and edit the question you'd like to add a Tooltip or Description to
- Click to enable Field Description or Field Tooltip
- Scroll down to see your new Description or Tooltip text box. Here you can add any message and configure the format settings we have available
- You may include both a Description and Tooltip on any question except Long Text, Options, and Button List which only allow for Field Description
- When finished, click Update

Descriptions and Tooltips can be viewed in Add Visitor, Kiosk, and Mobile interfaces
- In your Kiosk and Mobile Interface designers you can edit the font size and color of both Description and Tooltip by navigating to the General Questions or Service Questions Page.
Scroll to the bottom of the Question Properties setting to modify them.
