This new enhancement is designed to support organizations that accept appointments but do not offer walk-in services during certain hours or days. With this feature enabled, customers with valid appointments can still check in—ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience.
On the offline page of your Kiosk and Mobile interfaces, the button is hidden by default. To enable it, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your Kiosk or Mobile designer
- Click on the page dropdown menu
- Click on Offline Hours Page
- On the right hand menu, select Offline Button Properties
- In this menu, change the button to Booking Button
- Next, click the checkbox for Hide Appointment Check-in Button. Make sure it is unchecked.
- The appointment check-in button will now appear
- You may edit and change the button's properties in the right hand menu
- Once you've completed your customization, click Publish
- Your Kiosk or Mobile designers are now enabled for Appointment Check-Ins During Offline Hours
