How to Configure Appointment Check-In Availability During Offline Hours

This new enhancement is designed to support organizations that accept appointments but do not offer walk-in services during certain hours or days. With this feature enabled, customers with valid appointments can still check in—ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience.

On the offline page of your Kiosk and Mobile interfaces, the button is hidden by default. To enable it, please follow the steps below:

  1.  Navigate to your Kiosk or Mobile designer
  2. Click on the page dropdown menu
  3. Click on Offline Hours Page

  4. On the right hand menu, select Offline Button Properties
  5. In this menu, change the button to Booking Button
  6. Next, click the checkbox for Hide Appointment Check-in Button. Make sure it is unchecked.
  7. The appointment check-in button will now appear
  8. You may edit and change the button's properties in the right hand menu
  9. Once you've completed your customization, click Publish

  10. Your Kiosk or Mobile designers are now enabled for Appointment Check-Ins During Offline Hours
