This feature helps clearly communicate to customers when they are no longer in the queue, providing a smoother and more transparent interaction with your services.
- In Design settings, click on Mobile Interfaces and select to edit your desired template
- To enable either page, click on the checkbox to Unmark the desired pages
- Click on the Page Dropdown menu
- In the menu, select Expired Page or Abandoned Page
- You may now edit and arrange items as you normally would in other interface pages
- Once you have made your changes, simply click Publish
- Your mobile interface is now enabled for Expired or Abandoned pages!
