This article explains how to access, review, and create Advanced Rules using the new interface.
How to Access Advanced Rules
From the Home page, click Manage.
Select the Workflow you would like to edit, or create a new workflow.
In the left navigation panel, click Advanced Rules.
You will now be taken to the Advanced Rules management screen.
Overview of the New User Interface
The Advanced Rules page provides a centralized view of all rules configured for the selected workflow.
Existing rules are displayed in a list view.
By default, rules are grouped and organized by Trigger.
Use the search bar to quickly locate rules by keywords.

You can sort or organize the list by:
Name
Action
Tags
Trigger
Each rule includes options to Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.
This layout makes it easier to review rule logic and maintain configurations.
How to Add a New Advanced Rule
Click Add Rule.
Enter a Rule Name that clearly describes its purpose.

Add Tags to help categorize the rule.
After typing a tag, press Enter or click outside the field to save it.
Define the Rule Logic
When (Trigger)
Select the event that will initiate the rule.
Conditions
Add one or more conditions to determine when the rule should run.
Use the +Condition button to add more granular logic and specificity.
Then (Action)
Choose the action that should occur when the trigger and conditions are met.
Select from the available list of supported actions.
Click Save to store the rule.
Publishing and Applying Changes
After creating or editing rules:
Click Publish in the bottom-right corner to apply the changes.
Once published, the new rule will appear in the Advanced Rules list and will be active within the workflow.
