How do I activate Book Queued Customers Feature

It looks like you are trying to enable Book Queued Customers.

In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps: 

Permissions Required:

Roles

  • Company Actions > Queue View Templates
  1. Login to your Qtrac account, click on the Manage tab, then click Queue Views


  2. On the queue view you would like to edit, hover on the 3 dots, and click Edit


  3. In the Queue Features section, click to enable Book Queued Customer


  4. Click Update to save your changes


  5. You have now added Book Queue Customer to your queue view!
