It looks like you are trying to enable Book Queued Customers.
In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps:
Permissions Required:
Roles
- Company Actions > Queue View Templates
- Login to your Qtrac account, click on the Manage tab, then click Queue Views
- On the queue view you would like to edit, hover on the 3 dots, and click Edit
- In the Queue Features section, click to enable Book Queued Customer
- Click Update to save your changes
- You have now added Book Queue Customer to your queue view!
