Dynamic variables act as placeholders that automatically update with relevant data based on context. Instead of manually entering information each time, you can use them to personalize responses, automate workflows, and streamline processes. In Qtrac, dynamic variables can be applied across various configurations, such as Email and SMS, to enhance communication and tailor messages to each customer.
Below is a list of default dynamic variables available in the system. Additional variables will become available as you configure General Questions or Service Questions specific to your workflow:
