Step 1: Access Hours of Operation
Navigate to the Manage tab.
Select Hours of Operation from either:
The side panel, or the icon in the center of the screen.
Step 2: Choose or Create a Template
To edit an existing template:
Hover over the three dots on the right side of the template.
Click Edit.
To create a new template:
Click Add New Template in the top-right corner.
- Set the type to Location Schedule
- Click Create
Step 3: Select Services to Create Custom Hours
Inside the template, click the Custom Hours section to expand it.
By default, all services are selected for custom hours. To choose specific services:
Uncheck the All Services box.
Use the multi-select menu to pick the individual services you want.
Step 4: Define Custom Hours
Enter a name for your custom hours.
Select the date to which these custom hours will apply.
Once the name and date are set, click the + Add Date button on the right.
Step 5: Define Time Range for Custom Hours
New custom hours are set to Closed 24 Hours by default.
To specify a time range, click the pencil icon on the right to edit.
Set the opening and closing times.
Click the + Add Hours button to apply.
Step 6: Save Changes
When you have finished setting up your custom hours, click the Update button at the bottom right to save your changes.
