Welcome to the Qtrac Knowledge Base! This article is designed to guide you how to setup our Qtrac Keyboard on your Kiosk Device.

Design
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get started:
From the Home page, navigate to the Manage tab.
2. Under the Design section, select Kiosk Templates or click the Kiosk Templates icon in the center of the screen.
3. Choose to either Edit an existing kiosk template or Add New Template.
4. On the right-hand side, under Design Properties, enable the option "Allow Touch Screen Keyboard for Users."
5. Once enabled, the Qtrac keyboard will automatically appear whenever a user taps a field on the kiosk that requires text input.
