How to activate and use the Activity Snapshot Widget at the Home Interface

The Homepage Activity Snapshot allows you to view your queue activity at a glance. Important data from your queued customers is listed here such as: Currently in Queue, In Service, Served, and Abandoned.

Permission Required: 
Home Interface Designers

 

Follow the steps below to enable this feature:
 

  1. Once you login to Qtrac, navigate to the Manage Section:
  2. Click on Design
  3. Now click on Home Interfaces
  4. Here you can see the list of existing Home Interface Design Templates. You can edit an existing one or you can simply create a new one by clicking Add New Home Interface at the top right of your screen.
    or
  5. Uncheck the box for Hide Activity Snapshot Widget

     

Your Activity Snapshot Widget is now viewable!
Note: If you are first at the location starting the day all numbers on this widget will show 0. This is normal and expected.
