How to activate and use the Team Status Widget at the Home Interface

The Homepage Team Status Widget allows you to view your team's queue activity. You will be able to view who is online at your selected location and whether they are Available, Calling, or Serving

Permission Required: 
Home Interface Designers

 

 

Follow the steps below to enable this feature:
 Once you login to Qtrac, navigate to the Manage Section:

  1. Click on Design
  2. Now click on Home Interfaces
  3. Here you can see the list of existing Home Interface Design Templates. You can edit an existing one or you can simply create a new one by clicking Add New Home Interface at the top right of your screen.

  4. Uncheck the box for Hide Team Status Widget

     

Your Team Status Widget is now viewable!
