How to activate and use the Today's Booking Widget at the Home Interface

Welcome to the Qtrac Knowledge Base! This article is designed to guide you how to setup the Today's Booking Widget on your Home Interface Designer.

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get started:

1. Once you login to Qtrac, navigate to the Manage Section:
   
2. Click on Design
   
3. Now click on Home Interfaces
   
4. Here you can see the list of existing Home Interface Design Templates. You can edit an existing one or you can simply create a new one by clicking Add New Home Interface at the top right of your screen.

5. The Today's Booking Widget by default will always be unchecked. This means it will be automatically enabled. If you want it disabled (to hide it) you can click on the check box.
   
6. Once you have made your decision simply click Publish To Assigned Locations under the Publish options at the bottom right corner
   
7. You will notice that once you check it or uncheck it in the Designer Properties, the widget will appear or disappear from the preview. Also please know that if you have no bookings for today you will not see any activity in execution from this widget.
