Thank you for visiting our Qtrac Knowledge Base library. We hope the below article will assist you. Based on your inquiry, it looks like you are trying to delete an existing Service Guide. In order to accomplish this, you will need the following permissions:

Admin Role with access to Workflow settings and editing permissions.

Once you confirm that you do have access to these settings, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Qtrac Admin Portal.
  2. In the left navigation menu, click Workflow, then select Service Guides.
  3. Locate the Service Guide you want to delete.
  4. Click the (three-dot) menu on the guide card and select Delete.
  5. A confirmation dialog will appear showing the guide name and any Connected Services that will be unlinked. Review carefully before proceeding.
  6. Click OK to confirm permanent deletion, or Cancel to go back.

Note: Deleting a Service Guide is permanent and cannot be undone. Associates will no longer see it on their dashboard from the next visit onwards.

Tip: If you want to temporarily stop using a guide without losing its configuration, consider removing its Connected Services instead of deleting it. This hides it from the associate dashboard while preserving all steps and settings for future use.
