Based on your questions, it looks like you are trying to open Today's Visits. Today's Visits allows you to see your customer ticket data for the current day or past 24 hour period.
In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps:
- While accessing your queue, click on the "Visits" tab at the top left of your screen
- If you do not see the option shown below, please see our article on "How to activate Today's Visits"
- If you do not see the option shown below, please see our article on "How to activate Today's Visits"
- You will now be able to see your visits from today
