We’re excited to introduce our improved Booking Template Durations and Intervals, an enhancement to resource booking that adds a new level of flexibility through Slot Durations and Slot Intervals. This feature allows you to control how often booking slots appear on the calendar, while allowing it to block off a different amount of time.
Difference between Slot Duration and Slot Intervals?
A Slot Interval determines how frequently booking slots appear on your Qtrac calendar, while the Slot Duration defines how long the booking actually lasts. Combined, these two settings give you greater flexibility in offering booking times to customers.
Slot Duration: The length of each appointment.
Slot Interval: How often a new slot appears on the booking calendar.
Available Resources: The number of simultaneous bookings you can support.
