Based on your questions, it looks like you are trying to refresh the data in Today's Visits. Refreshing Today's Visits allows you to see your most recent customer ticket data for the current day or past 24 hour period.
In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps:
- While accessing your Today's Visits screen, look to the top right for the refresh icon as highlighted in red below
- Click this refresh icon and your visits will be updated after the loading is complete
