Welcome to the Qtrac Knowledge Base! This article is designed to help you export your Insights report.
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get started.
Permissions Required:
- Login to Qtrac and select the Insights tab.
- Hover over the 3-dots to the right of your Insights report and select Export.
- Select your report format from the available options:
- CSV - Standard CSV file format, ideal for general-purpose data handling and analysis.
- CSV (structured) - CSV format with hierarchical structure, suitable for reports that include grouped fields.
- PDF - A formatted, table-based report in PDF format, great for sharing or printing.
- XLSX - A Microsoft Excel file format that supports advanced features like formulas, charts, and multiple worksheets. Ideal for complex data management, reporting, and visualization.
- Click Generate Report to begin generating and downloading your report.
