You are able to use a variety of time frames for the data you want presented in your report. We will discuss the options available in Insights.
Either for a new report or an existing report, once you are in the report click the “TimeFrame” dropdown option at the top of the page and you will be presented with the following option under "Commonly Used":
From here, select any one of those time frames and the selected time frame will be immediately applied to the report (expect for "Custom"). We will discuss the function for each of them:
Custom - This allows you to select any two combinations of dates. To access this select the "Custom" option. You will need to enter a start date (left side) and end date (right side). You can either manually type in the two dates or select them from the calendar. In our example below, we have selected11/01/2023 as the start date and 11/15/2023 as the end date:
Once you have selected the two dates, simply click out of the calendar and the dates are saved:
Today - The data presented occurred in the current day.
Yesterday - The data presented occurred in the pervious day.
This Week - The data presented occurred from the current weeks Monday to the current day.
Last Week - The data presented occurred from the pervious weeks Monday to last Sunday.
This Month - The data presented occurred in the current month.
Last Month - The data presented occurred in the previous month.
This Year - The data presented occurred in the current year.
Once you have selected the time frame for your report, you can either click on “Run” to see how the report will look like or you can click on “Update” to save the report:
If you clicked “Update”, a new window will be prompted to officially update the report configuration. Click on “Update” to save the report:
