This guide will show you how to enable browser notifications to ensure you receive all important in-app alerts from Qtrac. The steps and screenshots provided are based on Google Chrome, but most modern browsers offer similar functionality with slight design variations.
Step 1: Login to your Qtrac page
Step 2: Confirm the status of your browser notifications. To do so, click on your browser's Setting icon.
Step 3: If this notification setting is disabled, click to enable it and reload your browser.
If this setting does not show, continue to Step 3
Step 4: Click on Site Settings
Step 5: Under the Permissions section, click on the Notifications dropdown
Step 6: Select Allow
Step 7: Return to your Qtrac page and Reload the page
Step 8: Click on your browser's Setting and verify the notifications are enabled.
