Note: The following steps and screenshots are based on the Google Chrome browser. Other browsers have the same feature it might just look slightly different from design aspect.

Step 1: Login to your Qtrac page

Step 2: First, confirm the status of your browser notifications. To do so, click on your browser's Setting icon.

Step 3: If this notification setting is enabled, continue to Step 4

Step 4: If the Sound setting is enabled, then you will receive Qtrac sound alerts.

If this setting does not show, continue to Step 5

Step 5: Click on Site Settings

Step 6: Under the Permissions section, click on the Sound dropdown menu

Step 6: Select Allow

Step 7: Return to your Qtrac page and Reload the page

Step 8: Click on your browser's Setting and verify the sound alerts are enabled.

You have now enabled sound alerts for your Qtrac In-App Notifications!
