How to Reject the Directed Notifications at the Qtrac In-App Notifications

Hello,

Thank you for visiting our Qtrac Knowledge Base library. We hope the below article will assist you.

Based on your search, it looks like you are trying to Reject a directed notification.

 

Permissions Required:

Roles Queue Views
  • Any user will have ability to direct notifications
  • Users that have received directed notification
  • N/A

 

Step 1: Login to your Qtrac page and open your queue.

Step 2: Click on the Alerts Bell icon in the top right corner.

 

Step 3: Click on the Direct tab.

 

Step 4: Here you will see notifications directed to you.

Step 5: Click Reject to reject this notification.

 

Step 6: Once you have Rejected this notification, you or another agent, may view it in the notification's General Tab
