It looks like you want to learn how to use Book Queued Customers.
In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps:
Permissions Required:
Roles
- N/A
- Login to your Qtrac account, click on the Queue tab, then select your location and Queue view enabled for Book Queued Customers
- On the ticket you would like to schedule, click the dropdown arrow to Expand the ticket options
- Click Schedule
- When the Booking link opens, select your desired Timeslot
- Click Continue
- Add customer notification preferences and click Submit
INFO: You will notice that all the previous selection of data from the customer like their information, selected service and location will be automatically filled out. - You have now created a booking for that customer from queue! View this ticket within your Booking Calendar view.
