How to use the Book Queued Customers Feature

It looks like you want to learn how to use Book Queued Customers.

In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps: 

Permissions Required:

Roles

  • N/A
  1. Login to your Qtrac account, click on the Queue tab, then select your location and Queue view enabled for Book Queued Customers


  2. On the ticket you would like to schedule, click the dropdown arrow to Expand the ticket options


  3. Click Schedule
  4. When the Booking link opens, select your desired Timeslot

  5. Click Continue

  6. Add customer notification preferences and click Submit

    INFO: You will notice that all the previous selection of data from the customer like their information, selected service and location will be automatically filled out. 
  7. You have now created a booking for that customer from queue! View this ticket within your Booking Calendar view.
