Follow the step-by-step instructions below to accomplish this:
Step 1: Go to https://app.qtrac.com/ to arrive to the Qtrac login page.
Step 2: Enter your Qtrac login email then press the 'Next' button.
Step 3: Click on 'Forgot your password?'.
Step 4: Enter your login email then click 'Send verification code'. The verification code will be sent to the email address registered under your Qtrac account.
Step 5: Once you receive the verification code, enter the code then click 'Verify code'. If needed, click on 'Send new code' to receive a new verification code.
Step 6: If the verification code is correct, you will see a message saying “E-mail address verified. You can now continue.” If needed, you may click 'Change email' to enter a different email address. Click 'Continue'.
Step 7: If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will be prompted to select your country code and enter your phone number. Then click 'Send Code' to receive an SMS, or select 'Call Me' if you prefer to receive the verification code via phone call.
Step 8: Enter the verification code that was sent to you, and then select 'Verify Code' to continue.
Step 9: You will be prompted to enter a new password and then re-enter it to confirm. Once you’ve chosen your new password, click 'Continue' to proceed.
Congratulations! You have successfully reset your password.
