Admin Role with access to Workflow settings and editing permissions.

Once you confirm that you do have access to these settings, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Qtrac Admin Portal.
  2. In the left navigation menu, click Workflow, then select Service Guides.
  3. Click the blue + button in the top-right corner of the page.
  4. In the Service Guide Name field, enter a clear name for the guide (e.g., "New Account Opening", "Mortgage Pre-Approval").
  5. In the Service Guide Description field, add a short description so staff can identify the guide quickly.
  6. Click Add. The new Service Guide appears in the list and is ready for steps and connected services to be added.
  7. Once the service Guide is created it will appear as its own card in the list but it will be without any steps.
