Thank you for visiting our Qtrac Knowledge Base library. We hope the below article will assist you. Based on your inquiry, it looks like you are trying to learn how use the Auto Call Feature in the Queue. In order to accomplish this, there are couple of prerequisites that you need to ensure are followed:
- ✅ The queue is active in Qtrac
- ✅ Auto Call is enabled in the Queue View Template which is currently used
If these requirements are not met, Auto Call notifications will not be sent.
As soon as you are logged into the Queue using the Queue View Template that has this feature enabled you will see the actual timer right next to the Active Button:
The timer is defined in the Queue View Template. Please know that the color on the counter will be dynamic and Green for timer counting backward, 4 seconds before the call it will turn Yellow, and then 1 second before the call it will turn Red.
Note: Auto Call timer will not start if you are on any pop up like adding a visitor, now calling, now serving, or any other tab from the queue like: today's visits, bookings or custom tab.
We hope this article helped you out with your request and clarified things a little bit more.
If you still have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with our Qtrac Support.
