How do I Reschedule a Customer's Appointment?

Based on your questions, it looks like you are trying to Reschedule a Customer's Appointment.

In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps:

  1. Once you are logged in with your agent credentials and you are in the Queue section simply press appointments from the Top Left corner of the screen9-1.png
  2. Look for the Customer’s name from the list. If you do not see the customer in the list, make sure you are checking at the correct date. 9-2.png
  3. Once you find the Customer’s name double click on it and a new window will pop-up.

  1. Click on the blue RESCHEDULE Button and this window will popup that looks like this:

  1. To change the Date/Time you need to click on the little pencil next to the date and time (Marked with blue on the picture above)
  2. New window will popup with available slots:

  1. Choose the new time/date and click Continue.
  2. Fill up the Questions and click again Continue.
  3. Select the notification Preferences and click on “ I agree to the Terms & Conditions” check box9-6.png
  4. Select the box “I’m not a robot” (the reCAPTCHA verification). Select the Notification Preferences and click I agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Red Submit button will become available

  1. Once clicked on Submit, on the top right corner will pop up a green notification with: Appointment modified message to confirm the change. You will also receive confirmation with the updated time/date that looks like this:
