In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps: 

Permissions Required:

Roles
  • Agent Templates
  1. Click on the Filter button in the left hand menu of your queue screen

  2. In the new slide out menu, you will see all available queues and groups in your view

  3. Click the checkbox next to any queue or group (you may make multiple selections)

  4. You will see that your visitors will change according to the queues and groups checked
