Based on your questions in the chat, it looks like you are trying to filter visitors in the Queue.
In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps:

- Click on the Filter button in the left hand menu of your queue screen
- In the new slide out menu, you will see all available queues and groups in your view
- Click the checkbox next to any queue or group (you may make multiple selections)
- You will see that your visitors will change according to the queues and groups checked
