Based on your inquiry, it looks like you are trying to change the view of your Queue.
In order to accomplish this, please follow these steps:
- Login to the system and select “QUEUE” on the top Navigation bar
- Select your Location, your Queue View, and which Desk you are working out of (you may also login as yourself by selecting “Agent”)
- Once logged in, you may change you Queue View by clicking the circular icon in the top-right corner and selecting “Change Location”
- You will be prompted with the same window as before. Select your Location, your Queue View, and which Desk you are working out of (you may also login as yourself by selecting “Agent”)
