How to use the Snapshot Dashboard

Hello,

Thank you for visiting our Qtrac Knowledge Base library. We hope the below article will assist you.

Based on your questions in the chat, it looks like you are trying to View analytic report based functions.

In order to accomplish this you will need to access the Snapshot , and once you are inside the Snapshot feature please follow these steps:

         1. Once snapshot is selected, multiple grid views will show. They will consist information such as (visitor/employee breakdown, service performance, average queue length/service etc.)

  • Associates will select the location they would like to view on the top-left corner (this will only show locations that they have access to). One location will be viewable at a time using this dashboard. (Reference: Location A in the picture)
  • Associates will select a “Day” view, a “Week” view, or a “Month” view on the top-right corner (depending on whether they want to look at a single day, a single week, or a single month)
  • Associates will select a time period using the Calendar icon at the top. If looking at a “Day” view, they will select a single day. If looking at a “Week” view, they will select a single week. If looking at a “Month” view, they will select a single month.

Visitor Breakdown =

  • Displays number of Walk Ins, Abandons, Appointments, and No Shows over the given time period.

Employee/ Service Breakdown =

  • Displays number of tickets served per service per employee over the given time period.

Service Performance

  • Displays average wait time and average service time per service over the given time period.

Average Queue Length / Service =

  • Displays average queue length per queue and per service over the given time period

Live Status: 

These Statistics will display across ALL views and time periods, showing the current live data (current Queue length and wait time, # of tickets being served now, # of employees active now, # of tickets served today, # of abandons today)

     2. In the chart below, the visitor breakdown and service performance can be broken down in various timeframes by clicking on one of the bars. 

  • If viewing the daily chart, it would comprise of a full day's summary and then can be broken down to by the hour. 
  • If viewing the weekly chart, it would breakdown the week by day and then can be broken down to by the hour. 
  • If viewing the monthly chart, it would be broken down by per week and then can be broken down to by day.
