What Is Associate Interface Language?
Associate Interface Language lets your organization display Qtrac's Homepage, Queue, and Snapshot screens in the language each Associate needs, whether that's set company-wide, per location, or for an individual Associate. Instead of every user seeing the same fixed interface language, Qtrac now supports a layered language setting that adapts to your organization's structure.
NOTE: Currently, this feature supports Spanish as the additional interface language alongside English. Support for additional languages will be rolled out over time as needed.
Why Does It Matter?
As Qtrac customers expand into new regions, particularly Latin America, front-line Associates need an interface they can read comfortably in their own language. At the same time, many organizations operate across multiple countries from a single company account, and need the flexibility to run some locations in Spanish, others in English, without splitting into separate company setups. Associate Interface Language solves both: a company-wide default for consistency, with location and individual overrides for flexibility.
Industry Use Cases
- Retail & Banking: A multinational retailer or bank with branches across the U.S. and Latin America can set Spanish as the default for its Mexico and Colombia locations, while U.S. locations stay in English, all under one company account.
- Government: Government offices serving predominantly Spanish-speaking communities can set the interface to Spanish company-wide, while still allowing bilingual staff to switch their own view back to English if preferred.
- Healthcare: A healthcare network expanding into Latin America can roll out Spanish-language Queue and Snapshot screens at new clinic locations without reconfiguring the entire company account.
