Introducing Bookings for Queued Customers

We’re excited to introduce Book Queued Customers, a new feature in the Qtrac Software Application that simplifies the process of creating bookings for customers already checked into the virtual queue. This feature is designed to improve efficiency and streamline customer interactions for your team.

 

What is the Book Queued Customers Feature?

The Book Queued Customers feature allows associates or team members managing the queue to create bookings directly for customers who have checked in. During this process:

  • Key customer information (e.g., name, phone number, email, reason for visit) is automatically transferred to the Bookings section.
  • Associates only need to select the date and time for the booking.

This simplified workflow eliminates duplicate data entry and empowers associates to personalize and enhance the customer experience.
