Roles Queue Views
  • Any user that has access to Insights and be Owner to the report
  • N/A

 

  1. Access Insights: Navigate to the Insights feature in the Qtrac application.
  2. Select Report: Choose the Insights report you wish to schedule and click Schedule.

  3. Configure Send To Recipients: Under Share With, click on the User Roles and User dropdown menus to select who should receive the report.
  4. To Remove a Role or User from the list, click the next to the name. The removed name will no longer show in the shared list below.
  5. To remove all Roles or Users, hover over that field and click the X on the far right of the field
  6. Save: Once configured, save your settings and the updated settings will take effect starting the following day
