Permissions Required:

- Access Insights: Navigate to the Insights feature in the Qtrac application.

Select Report: Choose the Insights report you wish to schedule and click Schedule.

- Configure Send To Recipients: Under Share With, click on the User Roles and User dropdown menus to select who should receive the report.
- To Remove a Role or User from the list, click the X next to the name. The removed name will no longer show in the shared list below.
- To remove all Roles or Users, hover over that field and click the X on the far right of the field

Save: Once configured, save your settings and the updated settings will take effect starting the following day
