Introducing the New Qtrac Home Interface

We’re excited to announce an enhanced Home Interface experience in Qtrac!

When users log into app.qtrac.com, the first page they see is now a modernized, widget-driven dashboard designed to give teams instant, actionable insights.

 

This new interface introduces:

  • A refreshed design for a cleaner, more intuitive look.

  • Fully functional widgets that load live data every time the page is refreshed.

  • Greater flexibility to surface information that matters most to your team.


The new Home Interface Designer is very simple to use and by default it enables all widgets to be active when you are creating the new Home Interface Template. By simple click on the check boxes in the Design Properties area you can hide or activate each widgets.


Available Widgets & How to Use Them

Each widget is designed to provide quick visibility into real-time activity across Qtrac. Below are the widgets available and tips on how to use them.

1. Last Queue Login

  • What it shows: The most recent queue activity by showing the Location Name, Queue View and Desk Name that was used on the last logged in session. It even gives you direct Last Queue Login Button that bypasses all settings and it takes you where you last left off.

2. Today’s Bookings

  • What it shows: A summary of all scheduled bookings for the current day. for the selected location. 

3. Image Slideshow

  • What it shows: A rotating set of uploaded images that can be fully customized for each language as well as directed to external hyperlinks. You can now share easily exciting news with your team members or remind them about upcoming promotions.

4. Activity Snapshot

  • What it shows: Key stats and metrics that summarize current activity with the current status in the selected location. It clearly tells you how many customers are currently in the Queue, In service, fully Served, or Abandons.

Hint: Please know that this widget's data is not auto refreshing, instead it takes screenshot of the current queue activity and it shows it. If you need to see the updated numbers, you need to refresh the page or navigate back to the HOME button. 

5. Team Status

  • What it shows: The availability and status of associates across teams. It will show you not just the team member's name, but also their current status, their role, and the duration of the current status. If they are serving a ticket you will see the time of their serving, if they are available you will see for how much time they have been available etc. 

Hint: Please know that to see this widget's data you must have also enabled Associates View of Other Teams.

6. Survey Responses

  • What it shows: Latest customer feedback from completed surveys.

7. Limiting Associate View of Other Teams

  • What it shows: This is a permission-based control for visibility of other team member's activity.

8. Team Member's Activity

  • What it shows: This widget shows your Initials or cover image, and the total number of served customers since opening the account. This data accumulates each day based on the user

9. Custom Header Image

  • What it shows: We now have option to update the header image to anything custom for our preferences. 

Hint: please know that for most optimal view is recommended to use Image files in jpeg and resolution of 1900X600 or smaller.


Why is this update important and why does it matter?

The new Home Interface is designed to:

  • Save time with real-time insights on one screen.

  • Boost productivity by highlighting team and customer activity.

  • Improve communication with visual widgets for both operations and engagement.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. This new Home Interface Page works based on the selected location at the top right corner. If you have access only to a single location you will see only that data. If you have access to multiple locations you need to select the correct location before checking the data. 

  2. These widgets are not auto updating. These widgets are only a snippet of the current moment when you are loading the page. Each time when you refresh this page, the data will update. 
    If you prefer live data you need to access the Queue by using the Last Queue Login button. If you prefer to use this page as a Manager to review how is the location's team doing at the moment, we recommend using Snapshot instead.
