How to Schedule Your Insights Reports

  • Company Actions > Insights
  1. Access the Insights Feature
    Log into the Qtrac application and navigate to the Insights section from the main menu.

  2. Select a Report
    Browse through the available reports and click on the one you'd like to schedule. Then, click Schedule to begin configuring it.


  3. Set the Timeframe

    • Choose a Start Date for the report distribution.

    • (Optional) If you'd like the report to stop sending after a specific date, click Set end date and choose the desired End Date.

  4. Choose the Frequency
    Click the Frequency dropdown and select how often you'd like the report to be sent:

    • Daily

    • Weekly

    • Monthly


  5. Set the Delivery Time
    Select the exact time of day the report should be sent.

    Note: Times are in UTC by default and cannot be adjusted. Be sure to convert your local time to UTC to avoid scheduling issues.

  6. Select Recipients
    Under the Share With section, choose the recipients by selecting from either:

    • User Roles (e.g., Managers, Admins)

    • Individual Users



  7. Customize the Email
    Personalize the report email by editing the Email Header and Body to include any custom messaging you'd like recipients to see.


  8. Save Your Settings
    Once everything is configured, click Save.

    Your report will begin sending according to the selected schedule starting the next day.
