This article will show how to use a buttons list question from your client's perspective as well as how to change the button colors and settings in your Kiosk or Mobile Designer.
How to use a button list
- When your client scans in with their mobile device, based on your workflow, will be greeted with the initial mobile page
- When they reach the questions page, the buttons list will show
- Selecting an option will highlight it to show the selected item
How to Configure Button Settings
- Navigate to Mobile Interfaces
- Click Edit on your desired interface
- Select the Page menu and click on General Questions or Service Question Page
- Open the General Questions Properties menu in the righthand side
- Scroll down to see settings for Button List.
Button List Color and Text Color affect the options when they are unselected whereas Active Button List Color and Text Color change options when they are selected.
You can use the same settings from above if you want to change the Kiosk Interface. Simply navigate to the Kiosk Designer
