This feature helps clearly communicate to customers when they are no longer in the queue, providing a smoother and more transparent interaction with your services.
Your clients will be able to view the Expired and Abandoned Pages through the following steps:
Expired Page
- Add your ticket to the queue from the mobile interface
- As an Associate in queue click the Manual End of Day or, if configured, allow the Automated End of Day to apply
- Once the End of Day has completed, the Mobile screen will update to the Expired page
Abandoned Page
- Add your ticket to the queue from the mobile interface
- Click on Leave Line or in queue select the ticket and click Remove
- Once the ticket leaves queue the mobile interface will update to the configured Abandoned page
