Based on your inquiry, it looks like you’d like to view Serving and Hold Times using Insights. Follow the steps below to create a report that shows this data and helps improve your customer flow.
Permissions Required:
Viewing Serving and Hold Times

Open Insights
- From your dashboard, click on the Insights module.

Add a New Report
- Click Add Report to begin creating a new report.

Configure Report Details
- Name your report.
- Select the Brick and Mortar Experience Data Set (Serving and Hold times are only available here).
- Choose the relevant Workflow.

Select Locations and Services
- Choose the Locations and Services you want to report on.
- Choose the Locations and Services you want to report on.

Select a Timeframe
- Set the Timeframe for the data you'd like to analyze.

Add Desired Fields
- In Available Fields, search for and add the fields you want to include in the report.

Run the Report
- Click Run to generate your report.

Review Serving and Hold Times
- You will now see Serving and Hold Time metrics based on your selected filters.

- Once finished, click Save to store your report.
