How to use Serving and Holding Times on Insights

Serving and Holding times on insights allows you to view how much time your customers spend in both categories and empower you with this data to improve your customer flow.

Permissions Required:

Roles

  • Company Actions > Insights

 

  1. Open Insights
  2. Add a new report
  3. Name your report, Select the Brick and Mortar Experience Data Set, and Choose your Workflow
    Serving and Hold times are only available in the Brick and Mortar Experience Data Set
  4. Select your Locations and Services
  5. Select your Timeframe
  6. In Available Fields, search for and add your desired fields
  7. Once you have added all your fields click run to generate your new report
  8. You will now be able to see your customer Service and Hold times based on your search criteria
  9. Once you have finished editing your report, click Save to add your report
