Permissions Required:
Adding a Visitor to the Queue:
- From you Homepage, select the Queue tab.
- Select your Location, Queue View template, and whether you'll be logging in under a Desk or Associate.
NOTE: Desk/Associate availability may vary depending on you user's configuration.
- Once in the Queue, select Add Visitor from the available options on the left-hand side.
- On the next window fill out the appropriate information for your visitor.

General Questionnaire - "General Questions" configured in the workflow.
- These are typically customer identifiers such as name, phone number, email, service, etc.

Supplemental Questionnaire - "Service Questions" configured in the workflow
- These fields will vary depending on the service selected.
