How do I add visitors to the Queue?

Permissions Required:

Roles

  • Company Actions > Agent Templates > Run

Queue Views

  • Agent Actions > Agents can manually add Visitors

 

Adding a Visitor to the Queue:

  1. From you Homepage, select the Queue tab.

  2. Select your Location, Queue View template, and whether you'll be logging in under a Desk or Associate.
    NOTE: Desk/Associate availability may vary depending on you user's configuration.

  3. Once in the Queue, select Add Visitor from the available options on the left-hand side.

  4. On the next window fill out the appropriate information for your visitor.
    • General Questionnaire - "General Questions" configured in the workflow.
      • These are typically customer identifiers such as name, phone number, email, service, etc.
    • Supplemental Questionnaire - "Service Questions" configured in the workflow
      • These fields will vary depending on the service selected.
